EXPERIENCED LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - CHISWICK

With a new hugely positive and enthusiastic manager our Chiswick office now oversees our central London properties in addition to our local base of properties in and around the Chiswick area. We now need to find an equally enthusiastic and experienced lettings negotiator to join the team. The office focuses on letting the best homes to predominantly corporate and professional tenants and is pretty much the only genuine specialist ARLA letting agency in the area.

Ideally you will come with some local knowledge and a real hunger to succeed. We aim to have all our negotiators ARLA qualified so we'll encourage you to qualify within a reasonable time period. Rewarded on results, we will offer a competitive salary package for the right applicant and continue professional development through internal and external training. Our business is all about relationships so excellent communication skills are a must have.

EXPERIENCED LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - ST MARGARETS (TWICKENHAM)

Due to an internal promotion, we need a suitably experienced lettings negotiator to join our St Margarets office. This is a role where there you will form part of an established and highly professional team of skilled letting professionals letting homes to professional and corporate tenants across St Margarets, Twickenham, Richmond and beyond. Experience counts, so we are most certainly looking for someone with direct letting experience gained ideally but not necessarily in the local area.

All our negotiators are articulate, positive, have an eye for detail and a hunger to succeed. It is not essential to be ARLA qualified, although we will positively encourage you to qualify within a reasonable period of time. We will offer a competitive salary package for the right applicant and continue professional development through internal and external training. Our business is all about relationships so excellent communication skills are an essential requirement.
