Full Management Service (FM) 16%+VAT of monthy rent (19.2% inc VAT of monthly rent)

Standard Lettings Service (LS) 10%+VAT of monthly rent (12% inc VAT of monthly rent)

Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme £25.00+VAT per annum (£30.00 inc VAT per annum)

Tenancy Agreement £208.33+VAT (£250.00 inc VAT)

Tenancy Extension £100.00+VAT (£120.00 inc VAT)

Supervision of 3rd Party Tenancy Agreement £100.00+VAT (£120.00 inc VAT)

HMRC Quarterly Information (if no approval) £150.00+VAT £180.00 inc VAT)

Annual Information to HMRC (if no approval) £50.00+VAT (£60.00 inc VAT)

Annual Information to HMRC (with approval) £20.00+VAT £24.00 inc VAT)

Abortive Tenancies £500.00+VAT (£600.00 inc VAT)

Court Attendance £250.00+VAT per hour (£300.00 inc VAT per hour)

Works over £250 (FM) 10%+VAT of the net invoice (12% inc VAT of the net invoice)

Property Visits (FM) £50.00+VAT per additional visit (£60.00 inc VAT per additional visit)

Copy of Monthly Statements £10.00+VAT per month (£12.00 inc VAT per month)

Copy of Yearly Statements £80.00+VAT (£96.00 inc VAT)

Empty Property Management Service £100.00+VAT per month (£120.00 inc VAT per month)

Empty Property Management Visits £50.00+VAT per visit (£60.00 inc VAT per visit)

Insurance Supervision (FM) £15%+VAT of claim (18% inc VAT of claim)

Inventory Make (dependent on size of property) Minimum £82.50+VAT (£99.00 inc VAT)

Inventory Check Out (dependent on size of property) Minimum £70.00+VAT (£84.00 inc VAT)

Legionella Risk Assessment £125.00+VAT (£150.00 inc VAT)

 

In order to proceed with a tenancy through Fitz-Gibbon and to comply with current Money Laundering Legislation you will be required to provide proof of identity and residency; this should include at one item from List A and two items from List B.

List A:Passport; New Style UK Driving License (photo card only); New Style Overseas Driving Licence or European National ID Card; Firearms or Shotgun Licence; Valid Police Warrant Card; Valid Armed Forces ID Card; Polling Card.

List B:(must be dated within the last 3 months) - Council Tax Bill or Statement; Bank or Building Society Statement; Credit Card Statement; TV License; New Style UK Driving Licence (photo card only); Revenue and Customs Correspondence from any Registered Chartered Accountants.

 

Fitz-Gibbon is an ARLA licensed letting agent and therefore has Client Money Protection (CMP) in place.

 

Fitz-Gibbon is a member of an independent redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
