At Fitz-Gibbon we employ a dedicated team of accounts personnel whose sole aim is to ensure the timely receipt of rent and settlement of landlords accounts.

All rent monies are transferred electronically from our accounts office using the latest, secure, electronic banking system through Barclays. Rent monies are usually forwarded within 24 hours of being cleared into our Client Account. Statements detailing precise financial data on income and expenditure are then mailed to our clients and their advisors.

The maintenance of landlords and tenants data is the responsibility of our accounts team. It is they who will co-ordinate any dealings with the Inland Revenue on behalf of our Non-UK resident landlords.
