Gerald Fitz-Gibbon
Gerald is an experienced property professional and a founding director of Fitz-Gibbon. With a career in residential property spanning some 25 years he has been exposed to all manner of markets thus little fazes him.

A long term Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, member of ARLA and numerous other professional forums. Gerald is well acquainted with all aspects of residential property sales and letting, having historically headed up a variety of offices for blue chip agencies in the Country House and prime Central London markets.

On a local level, Gerald is committed to the success of local independent agents through ARIEA - the Association of Richmond Independent Estate Agents. He is also actively involved in several local business forums including the Institute of Directors. Gerald has extensive experience in the acquisition of residential investments, acquiring significant numbers on behalf of Fitz-Gibbon's clients since well before the Buy-To-Let boom of the early 90`s. In addition he runs a successful property investment and development business in The North West.

With an eye for an opportunity Gerald recognised the need for a specialist weekly property magazine to serve the Chiswick area and having failed to persuade local publishers to launch such a journal decided to do so himself. "Purely Property" launched in April 2004 and was sold to one of those "local publishers" some 18 months later...

Based at Fitz-Gibbon's head office, Gerald personally oversees all property sales and requests for "valuations" from Fitz-Gibbon's huge client base.

Susan Fitz-Gibbon
Susan is a founding director of Fitz-Gibbon and today continues to oversee the day to day activities of the letting, management and staff development departments. With a property career of some 25 years, Susan's experience is unrivalled having gained invaluable experience in the world of advertising, commercial property investment and the prime central London lettings market.

Recognised by her peers as one of London's most experienced and pro-active lettings professionals, Susan has held a variety of leading roles in the profession including a National Council member of ARLA, Regional representative of ARLA, an individual member of ARLA and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

A serial networker, Susan is heavily involved in the Richmond Chamber of Commerce along with a host of other business clubs and forums. Until recently Susan was a non-executive director of Smees Advertising, a bespoke advertising agency regarded as one of London's longest established.

With an extraordinary amount of energy, Susan is totally committed to ensuring all those in contact with Fitz-Gibbon, be they a client, tenant or business associate find their experience wholly satisfactory and one that exceeds expectations. Susan draws her advice to all Fitz-Gibbon`s clients from her wealth of personal experiences in the property world.

Susan is a regular contributor to a variety of property magazines and journals. She had contributed on national radio and her market commentary is both informative and challenges convention.
