Tenants must make quick decisions
Susan Fitz-Gibbon from Fitz-Gibbon says corporate tenants with lower budgets continue searching for more reasonably priced homes, but she believes their budgets should increase as the market thaws.
When it come to lease renewals, Fitz-Gibbon says rents are not increased as much as they were in the past. "We have some fabulous, large family homes, so those with higher budgets have a wonderful selection from which to choose".
