Two Richmond agents, Fitz-Gibbon and M&P have forged a new relationship which promises to offer a knowledge and coverage of the Borough that is second to none, with traditional values and dynamic services delivered by seasoned local professionals. Both companies are independents and the association between them provides a perfect a perfect match between lettings experience and sales expertise.

Fitz-Gibbon made its mark in west London twenty years ago, specialising in corporate lettings and providing specialist assistance in residential lettings and property management. Partners Susan and Gerald Fitz-Gibbon are very much part of the local community in Richmond, their children attended the schools and they currently live in St Margarets.

"We cover all aspects of lettings and grew through hard work and perseverance" says Susan Fitz-Gibbon. "Whilst retaining our core values, we pride ourselves in taking dynamic steps to enhance our business and explore new market niches. Our association with M&P means we can provide a more complete range of property services and we are now in a position to guide investor landlords and owner occupiers to the team at M&P".

Both companies place huge emphasis on staff training. Jane Wheeler, Manager of the Richmond Office, has been with the company for ten years and says "All staff at Fitz-Gibbon enter on an induction programme and progress to ARLA certification. We remain the largest independent letting agent in the areas we cover and relationships are at the heart of all we do".
